Founded in 1990, CHAOS (Centre Histoire Art Ordinateur Science) is a French non-profit organization based in Paris. Its aim is the promotion of electronic art. Among its activities : publication of IDEA on
paper ; publication of IDEA online ; survey for the Fine Art
Department of the French Ministry of Culture on "Curating, Displaying
and Exhibiting Works of Electronic Arts" ; training sessions about
electronic art for various audiences ; the bibliography of the Leonardo Space and the Arts Projects, located
